Excellent customer service! Very friendly and supportive staff. They really make us feel comfortable and the waiting room is the best. As a working Mom, I really appreciate the very short wait to be seen. However, my son would rather spend more time in the waiting room watching a movie or playing video games.

I love the rewards program. At first I was not exited about getting braces, but when I was handed the rewards card, I thought it was super exciting!!!

the first day i was scared but then when i actually was brought back into the room stephaine made me feel more comfortable everyone there was really nice and very welcoming !!!!

Love everyone at Elms. Our first visit we felt very welcome and all treatment was explained to me before they did anything. Highly recommend.
